• Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown, shoulder-length, straight brown hair; green eyes. Ingram has a medium build and is described as "bright and musical". He also has the nickname of "Stefan".

Circumstances of Disappearance
It was in late January 1982 that Colin's relatives last saw him at a family gathering. They know that he returned to York to continue his studies and received a letter from him in February of that year. It is possible that Colin, traveled abroad perhaps to Spain. He has not been seen since.
