• Marks, Scars, Tattoos: Two tattoos - a dark wind duck on left chest; a dragon on left thigh. Scar on chest from result of open heart surgery.
• Clothing: He was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a blue-gray plaid shirt, a brown plaid flannel jacket, and brown leather ankle-high boots.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Duck was last seen during the early morning hours of February 14, 1995. He disappeared under suspicious circumstances from the vicinity of the U.S. Naval Station, Pascagoula, Mississippi. He is known to frequent billiard parlors and bars with pool tables.
