  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Graying black hair. Medium complexion. He had a two and a half inch scar on his upper right arm and a seven-inch scar on his stomach.
  • Dentals: Various front teeth missing. Top teeth had extensive bridge work.
  • Clothing: He was wearing a dark green jacket, blue jeans, and white sneakers.

Case History
The victim was found in the morning hours of December 14, 2000 on the northbound sidewalk of Cross Bay boulevard a mile south of the North Channel bridge in Broad Channel.
