Case File 323UFFL

Reconstruction of Victim by Jim McMillan

Unidentified Caucasian Female

Vital Statistics

  • Estimated age: 40 - 60 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: N/A
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Light or dark brown hair; dark eyes. She had a spinal operation.
  • Dentals: Extensive and expensive dental work. The expensive dental work probably means she wasn't a transient.
  • Clothing: A pair of blue jeans were found with the remains. There were no belongings with her and no jewelry.

Case History
A prison work crew found the victim's remains, already badly decomposed, just off the side of the road in the Big Cypress National Preserve on April 3, 1990.
It isn't known how long she was dead, but she was killed by a blow to the head.
Because she was found in a well-traveled area, the woman might not be from the Southwest Florida area.
