Vital Statistics

  • Estimated age: 40 - 50 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 183 cm (approx. 6'0")
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Of athletic build. Black hair, slightly greying, with widow's peak (strongly receding hairline), his temples were nearly white. Well-groomed appearance. Special marks: "funnel chest".
  • Dentals: Upper right: #5, #6 and #8 missing, #4 with plastic filling.
    Upper left: #7 missing, #4, #5 and #6 with amalgam filling
    Lower left: #8 missing
    Lower right: #7 and #8 with amalgam filling.
  • Clothing: A beige-white, short-sleeved shirt with thin vertical stripes in dark blue and light brown. A pink undershirt, probably washed-out. Linen mustard-colored pants; light brown reversable belt made of imitation leather, with a yellow-gold-colored buckle. Beige-white socks with a pattern, red-brown shoes ("moccasins").

Case History
On the evening of 5 August 1992 walkers found this victim, whose body had been washed ashore on the left banks of the Mur river. The autopsy concluded that the victim had probably been strangled two days earlier by person(s) unknown, using a towrope of white and blue color.
