  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'4"; 125 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: He may be Mexican or Asian. Black hair, balding on top, long sideburns with hint of grey hair. He wore a moustache. Brown eyes.
  • Dentals: Dental charts available. Missing two teeth.
  • Clothing: He wore no clothing when found.
  • Tattoos: Left arm - Heart and scroll with "Mom" in center; anchor on inner forearm; a spanish style cross on the inner left wrist; and "Exle" on the left hand. Outside of left wrist, not discernable either "E + R" or "E + 8". Also tattooed on cheek under right eye.

The victim was located floating in the Sacramento River. There was no trauma to the remains.
