Circumstances of Disappearance
At approximately 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 5, 1993, Jennie M. Rehbinder left her residence for a walk and never returned. Her Fort Meade residence is located at 3840 Garrard Road, in the Lake Buffum area. The former school teacher had suffered several strokes, and as a result had some memory loss.
She was last seen wearing a shirt and matching shorts described as being blue with a pink- flowered print and white stripes; tan colored tennis shoes, and pink socks.
