Nisbett was last seen in Cedar Park, Texas on December 14, 1991. She left her Anderson Mill apartment bound for Austin.
She was wearing a long, black skirt and a black sweater imprinted with turquoise and reddish-colored shapes on the front.
Her vehicle was discovered abandoned in a parking lot off of Mopac Boulevard in Austin, Texas on February 8, 1992. Foul play is possible.
